Styled in Skirts

Happy Friday beautiful readers and followers! I don’t know about you, but I’m a little tired of all the cold and snow. My prayers go out to everyone in the north east who will be experiencing such bad snow storms.

It’s been awhile since I did a post entirely dedicated to skirts, so what better way to usher in spring then to think ahead fashion-wise? These collages I created are a mix of winter and spring looks that are perfect for a (hopefully) soon to be transitioning wardrobe. It also helps with the cabin fever!

Boho Beauty

I have yet to find a long, yet stylish denim skirt! I think this is perfect for winter or early spring–especially when paired with cute combat boots. Amp up the indie vibes with a boho printed top and fringe cross body bag.

Pretty as a Peach

This outfit is so cute and romantic, it would be perfect for church or even Valentine’s Day (which happens to fall on a Sunday this year)! A pale floral lace skirt and water color print shirt are feminine, but they are still edgy when paired with oxford shoes. I also featured this Instax Mini 8 Polaroid camera because I got one in light blue for Christmas and love it so much! Maybe I will do a post on it someday…

Play it Gray

I think that gray is one of the prettiest neutrals, and it looks so classy when paired with denim. Skirts with button fronts are still in style for the upcoming season, and you can keep the look updated with some printed high-tops.

Connect the Bows

It looks like polka dots may be the new print of the season, and they look so chic when printed on a flouncy midi skirt! I also like the look of bows paired subtly with the dots. I think this would make a perfect work outfit!

I hope you like these collages! They certainly make me want to dig out my maxi skirts and start thinking of warm weather again 🙂
