Happy Hiking Boots + What Should I Write??

Happy Friday lovely readers and followers! Life is busy as usual, with many good things happening all around me (including my brother’s upcoming wedding!). Anyway, while life is running a mile a minute and I’m trying to edit my book, sometimes I get stuck on what to post for my blog.

I always let the Holy Spirit be my guide when it comes to writing posts about my faith, but that doesn’t mean I never get writer’s block! So I’m asking for your help.

What do you want me to write about?

Thanks for your feedback 🙂 Now time to talk boots! I LOVE boots. They are my favorite type of shoe to wear (other than Converse). Although my style is kind of girly, I love a nice tomboy boot.

Hiking boots in particular are trending right now. I don’t really hike (unless walking around on campus counts lol), but I do love the cozy feel and slightly rugged look of these boots.

You can get a “duck boot” (top left) for an extra edgy appeal. You can also find boots with heels for a more girly vibe. There are also other colors besides traditional browns (like the navy pair on the bottom right). They go so well with any fall outfit and are perfect for chilly temperatures.

I actually have the duck boots from the collage above! They are Esprit brand, and I got them for a bargain at T.J. Maxx. I love wearing them with my burgundy cardigans or a chunky sweater and skinny jeans. I actually wore them to a cider mill last weekend, and let me tell you, I felt like I was in a fall advertisement.
