Fearfully Wonderfully Me

Growing in God and Inspiring Young Women Through Faith and Fashion

About Emily Susanne

Emily Susanne, author and owner of Fearfully Wonderfully Me.

Hi there! My name’s Emily, and I am the owner and blogger here at Fearfully Wonderfully Me. When I was in high school I made a decision to follow Jesus Christ, and little did I know that it would transform me in such amazing ways. God has given me a passion for writing, and I strive to use this gift to provide encouragement and inspiration to others. This blog is dedicated to women (but men are welcome too!) because I want every woman and girl to know how beautiful and loved she truly is.ย

My greatest wish for this blog is to build community with my readers and followers. I want to get to know you as you get to know me! For instance, I love fashion, and create modest fashion posts to inspire women how to dress with class, dignity, and style. I also struggle with depression, anxiety, and poor self image. God has redeemed me and is helping me to overcome and lift others up in the process. He is also helping me overcome two chronic illnesses: IBS and POTS syndrome. Although I love writing and fashion, I also like to knit, craft, do yoga, eat ice cream, and spend time with my family and friends. I am a youth leader at my church and can’t imagine a greater honor than to serve those students. I’m also a crazy cat lady and proud of it!

Thank you for reading! Please feel free to share who you are with me belowย ๐Ÿ™‚

Love, Emily <3

  2. Hey Emily,

I stumbled upon your blog from Ahavaha, and your post, “God’s Stitches” was right on time for me, as I do have a tendency to compare myself to others and worry about the future. It was like you were in my brain…saying all the things I was thinking. I love how colorful and thought-provoking your writing and website is. May God continue to bless all you do! Can’t wait to read more!

Thanks so much Vivian (I love your name by the way)! I’m not in your brain, but I totally understand these feelings. I suffer from them myself, so I definitely need the encouragement. God is so faithful to use me to write for Him. Thank you for your kind words. Please feel free to follow or subscribe by email to stay updated on my posts ๐Ÿ˜Š

  3. Hi, Emily. Again I thank you for visiting my blog and so I wanted to return the favor. Sounds like a blog I need to follow! God can be such a transforming experience if we will just let Him into our hearts. He can help us with everything including depression, anxiety and the like, (I suffer from them as well). Hope to have you as a follower and regular reader myself!
