Happy Friday! Fitness Fashion/Exciting News!
I have some exciting news! This year I’ve been doing yoga on a pretty regular basis, and it’s helped me quite a bit when it comes to my IBS. It’s also made me stronger and given me focus. Something I didn’t expect was that yoga would help me to connect with God. Just for the record– yoga is not a religion. Yes it was practiced by Hindus, but just like any other exercise/meditation, it can be adapted to bring glory to God! Anything we do can either be just for ourselves and a distraction from Jesus, or it can lead us closer to Him. And yoga has definitely led me closer…
