October Style~Edgy Cardigans
Happy Friday lovely readers and followers! To all of my readers in Florida and South Carolina who are going through Hurricane Matthew, my prayers are with you. I have family down south, but fortunately they live inland. I hope you all stay safe! Today’s post is dedicated to my edgy Mossimo Cardigan from Target! I am absolutely obsessed with this beauty. I stumbled upon it on accident while searching for a dress to wear to my Grandma’s funeral. I guess that’s what Target does to you. I always walk in intending to buy one thing and walk out with something else 🙂 As you can see, the cardigan is a moto…

The Color of Fall~Burgundy
Hello lovely readers and followers! I know it’s not Friday, but I just felt like switching things up. Â Life has been getting super busy with college right now, and I really am starting to feel the pressure. God is so good though. I love the blogging community and all of the support I’ve been given. You are all awesome! I’ve never been a huge fan of the color red, but this season things are different. I’m starting to really love read sweaters and jewelry. My favorite shade is burgundy because it is so versatile. It compliments any skin tone and hair color. Burgundy is also the perfect color for…

90’s Kid Plaid
Happy Friday lovely readers and followers! It’s starting to feel a lot like fall. I’m enjoying fresh apples and mild sunny weather. I also hope to visit a cider mill soon! When I think of fall fashion, three things come to my mind: faux leather jackets, scarves, and…flannel! I love a good plaid flannel button down. This is a trend that was super popular in the 90’s. Now you can channel your inner 90’s grunge kid with anything plaid–whether…

Outfit Inspiration: Lace Up Details
Laces and ties are everywhere right now. Even though they might not always look modest, they can be altered to suit your needs. The key is choosing pieces that have a layer of fabric or slip underneath the lace, or pieces that have tight laces (like the purple top above). Another modesty hack would be to wear a camisole underneath a tied blouse to keep it classy (like the tan sweater above). This trend is fun because it adds texture and dimension to an outfit without using patterns or loud colors. It also gives that western bohemian vibe. Perfect for a fall bonfire! Thanks for reading! Please feel free to…

Fall Fashion Review~Cleo Madison
Happy Friday lovely readers and followers! Today is a very special post because I am doing a fashion review for modest clothing company Cleo Madison. This online company sells clothes that are both classy and stylish. All skirts and dresses are around knee length, so you don’t have to worry about anything being too short. Their tops are also longer in length, with just the right amount of coverage. Cleo Madison mentioned my blog in their post about modesty, and I was very honored. I asked if I could do a clothing review for them, and they agreed! In my experience, this is a very friendly company to work with.…
